Terms & Conditions<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The following terms and conditions apply to all our services and collaborations. By using our services, you automatically accept these terms.<\/p><\/div>

1. Work and safety<\/strong>
All work is carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements and with a special focus on safety for both employees and customers.<\/p><\/div>

2. prices<\/strong>
All prices quoted are in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT.<\/p><\/div>

3. Extra work<\/strong>
Work not included in the offer is invoiced at DKK 675 per hour excluding VAT and any consumption costs.<\/p><\/div>

4. Working hours<\/strong>
Work is carried out during normal working hours: 06:30-16:00 on weekdays.<\/p><\/div>

5. Access to facilities<\/strong>
The customer must ensure access to electricity, water and toilet\/sewerage for the recycling lorry during the work.<\/p><\/div>

6. Offers and validity<\/strong>
Offers are valid for 30 days from date of issue.<\/p><\/div>

7. Terms of payment<\/strong>
Payment must be made no later than 3 days net after completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/div>

8. Quality assurance<\/strong>
The client is responsible for arranging 3rd party quality assurance. The quality assurance must be carried out within 48 hours after completion of the work & always by an accredited laboratory, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the quality assurance is not approved, Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS will carry out remediation of the selected areas at no additional cost.
If KS tests are performed, the client must inform Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS of this prior to start-up.<\/p><\/div>

9. Responsibility for information<\/strong>
It is the customer's responsibility to inform Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS of all relevant building conditions, including openings in their own structures, e.g. recessed spotlights, ventilation or similar, which may affect the work. Lack of information resulting in damage is the customer's responsibility.<\/p><\/div>

10. Complaints<\/strong>
As a starting point, all tasks are subject to purchase law for complaints. However, it should be noted that when the work carried out is taken over by other craftsmen, and\/or further work is carried out in the areas where Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS has completed its work, the complaint lapses. All objections and complaints must be submitted in writing to kontakt@miljoegruppen.dk.<\/p><\/div>

11. On-call service<\/strong>
Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS offers 24-hour service outside normal working hours. If you contact the 24-hour service outside opening hours (08:00-16:00 on weekdays), an additional fee may be charged, which will be stated upon enquiry.<\/p><\/div>

12. New roof and demolition<\/strong>
Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS is only responsible for dismantling the old roof containing asbestos. We do not accept responsibility for the construction of a new roof unless there is a separate written agreement.<\/p><\/div>

13. Scaffolding erection<\/strong>
Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS only provides services in accordance with the agreed work. Any scaffolding and associated facilities must be available to Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS, unless otherwise agreed. Coordination, maintenance and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and\/or the client.<\/p><\/div>

14 Insurance<\/strong>
Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS has professional liability insurance that covers damage caused in connection with our work to the extent required by law. However, the client must ensure that relevant insurance for the building and other conditions are in place.<\/p><\/div>

15 Coordination with other tradesmen<\/strong>
Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS is not responsible for coordinating the work with other tradesmen. This is the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p><\/div>

16. clearing movable property in the attic<\/strong>
Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS is not responsible for the removal of movable property in attics.<\/p><\/div>

17. Assignment of maintenance of tarpaulins<\/strong>
When Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS has removed a roof and laid tarpaulin as a temporary cover, responsibility for maintenance, inspection and any repairs of the tarpaulin is transferred to the customer\/builder from the time the work is completed. Milj\u00f8 Gruppen ApS accepts no liability for damage resulting from lack of maintenance, storms, weather conditions or similar after the transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/div>

18. reservations regarding waste volumes and invoicing<\/strong><\/div>
The final amount of waste to be disposed of is subject to change. Billing is done in two steps:<\/div>
  1. First billing<\/strong> takes place at the end of the work and includes services without counting the amount of waste.<\/li>
  2. Other billing<\/strong> happens when the waste has been weighed by the hauler (e.g. Junkbusters) and the actual amount of waste can be documented. Here, the exact amount of waste is invoiced.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>
